Where do I enter my Anthropic API key? ⌄
In WP Admin, go to AI SEO → Settings. Paste your key into the Anthropic API Key field and click Save API Key. Click Test Connection to confirm it worked — you should see "Connection successful."
Is my Anthropic API key secure? ⌄
Yes. It's stored in your site's database, never displayed in full once saved, and only used server-side to communicate with Anthropic's API.
Will I be charged extra for using the AI features in HiRizzi AI SEO? ⌄
No markup is added by HiRizzi AI SEO. Anthropic bills you directly, based on your own usage of their API — the plugin itself doesn't add any cost on top of that.
Where do I find the Basic SEO settings for a page? ⌄
Edit any post or page and scroll down to the "Basic SEO" meta box (in the block editor, this may appear in the main content area below the editor, or as a panel depending on your screen). It has four tabs: General, Social Preview, Analysis, and Advanced.
What's the difference between SEO Title and the Open Graph (Social) Title? ⌄
SEO Title controls what shows up in Google search results and your browser tab. Open Graph Title controls what shows up when someone shares the page on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc. If you leave the Open Graph Title blank, it automatically uses your SEO Title instead — you only need to fill it in if you want something different for social shares.
How do Focus Keywords work in Basic SEO? ⌄
Type a keyword in the Focus Keywords field and press Enter or comma to add it as a tag. The first keyword you add becomes your "primary" keyword (marked with a PRIMARY badge), and that's what the Analysis tab checks your title and description against. Click the × on any tag to remove it.
What does "Auto-Generate with AI" do on the Basic SEO box? ⌄
It reads your page's actual content and drafts a complete set of SEO fields in one click: SEO title, meta description, focus keywords, and social share title/description. Nothing is saved automatically — review everything, then click Update or Publish on the page itself to save it.
Why don't I see the Basic SEO box on my page editor? ⌄
If you already have Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO, SEOPress, or HiRizzi SEO (the free plugin) active on your site, the Basic SEO box won't appear, since those plugins already handle this and we don't want conflicting tags. You'll see a notice explaining this on relevant admin screens instead.
How do I generate SEO for my whole site at once? ⌄
Go to AI SEO → Bulk SEO Generator. You'll see every published post and page with a checkbox — pages missing SEO are checked automatically. Click "Generate SEO for Selected," let it work through the queue, then review and edit everything in the results section before clicking "Save All SEO."
Will Bulk SEO Generator overwrite SEO I already wrote? ⌄
By default, pages that already have both a title and description are left unchecked, so your existing work is protected. You can still manually check any page (even ones marked "Has SEO") if you want to regenerate it — but nothing is saved until you review and click Save.
What does my SEO Score mean in the Analysis tab? ⌄
It's six checks: SEO Title Length (40-70 characters ideal), Meta Description Length (120-160 characters ideal), Primary Keyword in Title, Primary Keyword in Description, Content Length (600+ words recommended), and Social/OG Image. Your score is the percentage of those six checks that currently pass.
Why does my page fail the Content Length check even though it has a lot of content? ⌄
If your page uses a custom template or page builder, your real content often isn't stored in the WordPress editor field at all — it's rendered separately. The Content Length check automatically detects this and analyzes your live published page instead, but if the page still scores low, it likely means the page genuinely doesn't have much text on it.
Why does my page fail the Social/OG Image check? ⌄
This check passes if you've set an image either in the Basic SEO box's Social Preview tab, or as your page's Featured Image. If neither is set, this is a real gap — AI can draft your text content, but it can't choose or invent a photo for you. Upload or select an image to fix this.
What is llms.txt and do I need it? ⌄
llms.txt is an emerging standard, similar to robots.txt or a sitemap, that gives AI engines like ChatGPT and Claude a clear summary of what your site is and which pages matter most. Configure it under AI SEO → llms.txt — once set up, it's automatically served at yoursite.com/llms.txt. It requires an active license.
How do I control which AI bots can crawl my site? ⌄
Go to AI SEO → Crawler Access. You can explicitly allow or block specific AI crawlers — GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and others — instead of leaving it to chance. Changes here are written directly into your site's live robots.txt file. This requires an active license.
Does the Bot Activity page tell me if ChatGPT actually cited my content? ⌄
No — and no SEO plugin can tell you that, since AI providers don't make citation data public. Bot Activity (AI SEO → Bot Activity) shows which AI crawlers have visited your site and how often over the last 30 days. That's a useful signal that bots are reaching your content, but it isn't proof of citation.
How do I get an Anthropic API key for HiRizzi AI SEO? ⌄
Go to console.anthropic.com and create an account if you don't have one. Once logged in, go to the API Keys section and click Create Key, then copy the key — it starts with sk-ant-api03-.
