What information does the lead form actually collect? ⌄
Depending on the loan type selected, it can capture: contact info and preferred contact method, current and property zip codes, loan purpose, property type, credit score range, bankruptcy history, own-or-rent status, down payment, whether they have an agent, whether they have found a home, existing loan balance and home value (for refinances), cash-out amount and purpose, timeline, and military service status (relevant for VA loan eligibility).
Does the form ask different questions depending on the type of loan? ⌄
Yes - the wizard branches based on loan purpose. A purchase loan asks about down payment, agent status, and whether you have found a home; a refinance or cash-out loan instead asks about your current loan balance, home value, and cash-out amount and purpose.
Can I switch to a dark theme for the wizard? ⌄
Yes - add theme="dark" to the shortcode, like this: [mortgage_wizard theme="dark"]. Further appearance options are under Mortgage Leads -> Appearance in WP Admin.
What does Mortgage Lead Wizard do? ⌄
It is a multi-step mortgage lead funnel: a guided form with a progress bar walks visitors through qualification questions, then automatically sends each completed lead to your CRM, fires an optional SMS notification, and posts to any webhook URL you configure - all without you having to manually export or forward anything.
How do I customize the questions in the lead form? ⌄
Go to Mortgage Leads -> Appearance in WP Admin to adjust the look (a built-in dark theme is available via the theme="dark" attribute on the [mortgage_wizard] shortcode), and Mortgage Leads -> Settings for form behavior. For a full walkthrough, check Mortgage Leads -> Getting Started.
Where do captured leads go? ⌄
Every submitted lead is saved in WP Admin under Mortgage Leads -> All Leads. From there it is also automatically sent to whatever you have connected under Mortgage Leads -> Integrations - that can include a webhook URL, an SMS notification, and direct CRM delivery to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, depending on what you have configured.
