I have very small ears and I tried anything that I can wear while doing active things like exercise and running and nothing seems to fit and feel comfortable. I tried airpods, clip-on earphones, bone conduction, funnel earphones and all of those either too big and will fall off my ears or will give me earache because they're too bigbfor my ear canal. This product however is amazing! It is thin enough that I can sleep on my side and not feel any pain. I can also wear this when I exercise and it stays perfectly. It is very comfortable and easy to clean since it has this ergonomic design that do not need any of those rubber cushion that attracts lint and dirt. It is also very cheap and seems to connect easily on my phone. I don't know much about battery life since I always put it in the case whenever I take it off and it automatically charges it. I highly recommend this for those that have small ears or are side sleepers but would like to wear their earphones.
